If you have never been to Denver, then you are missing out on one of the most beautiful cities in the United States. Over 14 years ago I moved to Denver believing it would be a short stay on my way to bigger and better cities. In no time the weather, mountains and people quickly won me over.

Shortly after I moved to Denver I meet Ramon and the rest is history. We live just a few blocks from Downtown on East Colfax Avenue. It is an exciting neighborhood on the north end of Capital Hill area of Denver. East Colfax is on it way to being restored to the grandeur it once experienced in the early 1900.
At the turn of the century, East Colfax Avenue was lined with beautify building and mansions. Today the Mansions are gone but some of the original buildings still stand. Like our Home which was built in 1902 as a “luxury” apartment building. I believe “luxury” meant plumbing back in the day but today it is a historical building with original hardwood floor, exposed brick and we believe a few lingering residents of bygone years.
In 1998, our beloved building was converted into Lofts, and so began the life of the Colonnade Lofts. We are the second proud owners of our unit, we purchased it on Dec 24th 2002.
